NEW SET UP FOR RANGE HOODS

The new device created by 3P Engineering is based on the European standard EN 13141-3 on residential ventilation: as required by specific regulations, it plays a "disturbing element" aimed at contextualizing the behaviour of the hood in similar situations. It is an accessory with a panel that works intermittently to simulate a real situation with air movements in the kitchen, to study possible interference with the efficiency of the hood. As a variant of the ORF measurement (Odor Reduction Factor, IEC 61591), it can be applied to extractor hoods but also to centralized extraction systems, i.e. hoods without a fan. Find out more
